The Puig Sport screen for the VOGE DS800 Rally has been developed for riders seeking a sportier and lighter appearance without giving up functional aerodynamic protection, particularly for off-road riding or short journeys.

Its design stands out for its carefully developed lines, which integrate perfectly with the motorcycle’s front end. The lower fit follows the original shapes of the VOGE DS800 Rally, while the more pronounced and aggressive upper lines compared with the OEM screen provide a sportier, more elegant and dynamic appearance.

Thanks to its more compact size, the Sport screen creates a lighter visual impression and improves rider mobility on the motorcycle, maintaining an ideal balance between functionality and aesthetics.

It is available in clear, smoke, dark smoke, black and matte black finishes.

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona at Puig’s facilities, using the most advanced technologies in the industry and the brand’s extensive experience gained over more than 60 years developing screens and aerodynamic components for motorcycles.

It is manufactured from high-quality 4 mm CN acrylic with rounded edges, ensuring excellent strength and a high-quality visual finish.

Its overall dimensions are 318 mm wide by 303 mm high.

The Puig Sport screen is 45 mm lower than the original standard screen of the 2025 VOGE DS800 Rally.

The screen can be installed quickly and easily in approximately 10 minutes, without requiring advanced mechanical knowledge.

To ensure optimum performance, it is recommended to periodically check the tightness of the screws.

The reduced size of the Sport screen maintains a completely unobstructed field of vision and provides greater freedom of movement while riding, particularly during off-road use.

Its design provides light aerodynamic protection, improving rider comfort without compromising the feeling of control or the dynamic riding experience.

In addition, the product is TÜV approved.
