The Puig Rally screen for the 2025 VOGE DS800 Rally has been specifically developed for the most demanding riders looking for a solution focused on off-road riding without compromising aerodynamic protection, aesthetics or functionality.

Its design has been conceived to offer compatibility with tablet-type devices, GPS units or roadbooks, providing a clear view of the instrumentation and making navigation easier during off-road routes and adventures. In addition, the component provides extra protection for the front headlight against impacts from stones and small objects projected while riding.

The Puig Rally screen performs two functions in a single component, acting simultaneously as an aerodynamic screen and a front headlight protector, optimising the assembly and reinforcing the motorcycle’s adventure character.

It stands out for its carefully developed lines, which integrate perfectly with the original design of the VOGE DS800 Rally front end. The lower section protects the front headlight, while the upper shapes incorporate integrated deflectors that provide a sporty, elegant and subtle appearance, while maintaining a lightweight and functional aesthetic.

It is available in clear and smoke finishes.

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona by Puig Hi-Tech Parts using the most advanced technologies and more than 60 years of experience in the motorcycle industry.

The component is manufactured from high-impact-resistant PET-G material with a thickness of 3 mm and rounded-edge finishing, offering high durability and safety against the impacts commonly encountered during adventure and off-road riding.

Its overall dimensions are 325 mm wide and 468 mm high.

The Puig Rally screen is 45 mm lower than the original standard screen of the 2025 VOGE DS800 Rally, providing greater freedom of movement and more dynamic riding off-road.

The screen can be installed quickly and easily, with the process taking approximately 15 minutes and requiring no advanced mechanical knowledge.

It is recommended to check the tightening of the fasteners periodically to ensure an optimal fit during off-road use.

Thanks to its compact dimensions and its specific design for adventure riding, the Puig Rally screen provides a completely unobstructed field of vision and greater mobility on the motorcycle, both of which are essential aspects of off-road riding.

Made of 3 mm thick UV-protected PETG polycarbonate with a rounded edge, it offers carefully crafted lines that integrate perfectly with the front of the bike. The design combines a lower fitting that protects the front optics with subtle, elegant upper deflectors, resulting in a sporty and streamlined look.

It is available in clear finish.
