The Touring windshield with visor for the KTM 390 Adventure R/X has been developed for riders seeking maximum aerodynamic protection without compromising a sporty and modern appearance. Its design features a sharply styled main screen and an adjustable visor that significantly enhances riding comfort. The flat central upper section provides excellent visibility through the windshield, while the side profiles are designed to direct airflow away from the rider's hands and torso. In addition, the integrated deflectors reinforce its adventurous character and help optimize the overall aerodynamic performance. Available in clear and light smoke finishes.

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona by Puig using the latest technologies and more than 60 years of industry experience, this windshield is made from high-quality 4 mm CN acrylic with rounded edges for enhanced safety. It measures 410 mm wide by 540 mm high with the visor in the lowest position, reaching a total height of 595 mm when the visor is fully raised. The Touring windshield with visor is 105 mm taller than the original KTM 390 Adventure R/X screen, providing superior wind protection.

Installation is quick and straightforward and can be completed in approximately 10 minutes without requiring advanced mechanical knowledge. To ensure optimum performance and maximum safety, it is recommended to periodically check the tightness of all mounting components.

The adjustable visor allows both height and angle to be modified easily, even using only one hand. It features four rotation positions and up to 100 mm of vertical adjustment, providing multiple configurations to suit each rider's height and preferences. In addition, the product is TÜV approved and has undergone extensive aerodynamic testing to certify its improvements in protection and riding comfort.

Developed using virtual wind tunnel simulations, the Touring windshield with visor significantly improves rider protection from the wind. The combination of the main screen and adjustable visor helps redirect airflow away from the helmet and torso, reducing turbulence, wind noise and rider fatigue. Testing shows a reduction of 0.5 kg in aerodynamic pressure compared to the original screen, representing a 64% improvement in wind protection, resulting in greater comfort and significantly reduced fatigue on long journeys.

Touring screens, developed by Puig in Barcelona, are designed with the objective to aerodynamically protect the rider. In addition, these screens fit perfectly with the adventure style and aesthetics of the trail models thanks to their wide range of colors and different sizes.

These Touring screens are manufactured using the most advanced technologies, using 4mm thick acrylic material, with UV protection and with a 2mm rounded edge. This finish gives it a more elegant touch and offers greater security, fulfilling with the regulations of the German TÜV.

The assembly of this screen follows a process that can be done without having to ask for a mechanic thanks to its simple and intuitive adaptation. The package also includes the aerodynamic studies that have emerged from comparing the Puig screen with the original in a virtual wind tunnel.
