The new Puig Rally windscreen for the 2025 Yamaha Ténéré 700 has been specially developed for off-road riding, offering an ideal combination of protection, functionality and aesthetics. Designed for the most demanding riders, it provides additional protection for the tablet, GPS or roadbook, while also shielding the headlight from possible stone impacts, all without compromising the aerodynamics or the overall design.
Its design integrates the dual function of windscreen + headlight protector in a single piece, maintaining clean lines that perfectly match the front end of the bike. The lower section protects the front optics, while the upper part incorporates integrated deflectors that improve airflow and add a sporty, elegant and discreet look.
The windscreen is available in a transparent finish, adapting to the user’s style without losing aesthetic coherence with the original Ténéré 700 design.

Designed and fully manufactured in Barcelona at Puig’s facilities, applying more than 60 years of experience together with the most advanced manufacturing technologies. Constructed from PET-G material with high flexibility and excellent impact resistance.
It has a 3 mm thickness with rounded edges for added safety. Its dimensions are 370 mm wide x 510 mm high. The Puig Rally windscreen is 10 mm lower than the standard original screen of the 2025 Yamaha Ténéré 700.

The windscreen is very easy and quick to install, even without mechanical knowledge, with an estimated installation time of just 15 minutes. To ensure optimal fastening and maximum safety during use, it is recommended to periodically check the bolt tightening.

In addition, the component provides extra protection for the front headlight against impacts from stones and small objects projected while riding.

The Puig Rally screen performs two functions in a single component, acting simultaneously as an aerodynamic screen and a front headlight protector, optimising the assembly and reinforcing the motorcycle’s adventure character.

It stands out for its carefully developed lines, which integrate perfectly with the original design of the VOGE DS800 Rally front end. The lower section protects the front headlight, while the upper shapes incorporate integrated deflectors that provide a sporty, elegant and subtle appearance, while maintaining a lightweight and functional aesthetic.

The component is manufactured from high-impact-resistant PET-G material with a thickness of 3 mm and rounded-edge finishing, offering high durability and safety against the impacts commonly encountered during adventure and off-road riding.

Its overall dimensions are 325 mm wide and 468 mm high.

The Puig Rally screen is 45 mm lower than the original standard screen of the 2025 VOGE DS800 Rally, providing greater freedom of movement and more dynamic riding off-road.

The screen can be installed quickly and easily, with the process taking approximately 15 minutes and requiring no advanced mechanical knowledge.

It is recommended to check the tightening of the fasteners periodically to ensure an optimal fit during off-road use.
