The new D12 winglet line aims to make aerodynamics and motorcycle stability the main focus. For this reason, Puig has developed the D12 winglets for the new Yamaha MT-07 2025-.
Thanks to their double-wing configuration, the design of the new surfaces and the separation between them, Puig has achieved the product that generates the highest downforce to date while minimally affecting the motorcycle’s aerodynamic coefficient (Cx).
This new D12 winglet line features two aerodynamic wing surfaces connected by the lateral winglet surface. The upper surface is more inclined than the lower one, allowing the airflow to be directed towards the upper wing and generating additional downforce on the front axle of the new MT-07.
From a design perspective, the D12 winglet integrates perfectly with the motorcycle’s front section, surrounding the Yamaha logo. The start and end of the winglet align with the edges of the MT-07’s side panels, creating a perfect integration between the accessory and the original parts.
Available in matte black, gloss black, carbon-look finish and S color, featuring a special finish for riders looking for a bolder appearance.

The innovative double-wing design, with separate surfaces divided by a lateral spoiler, channels airflow upwards, generating greater downforce without compromising the overall aerodynamic coefficient. The angle of the surfaces has been carefully studied to offer an optimal balance between performance and stability.
Thanks to this configuration, the system delivers up to 4.4 kg of downforce on the front axle, resulting in an anti-wheelie effect, greater high-speed stability (anti-shimmie), improved braking stability, and better behavior during directional changes.
Designed and manufactured entirely in Barcelona, they combine advanced engineering with a racing-inspired design. Made from 4 mm thick CN acrylic with rounded edges for added safety, they are mounted using 2 mm metal brackets with a textured black finish.
Installation is simple, requires no mechanical knowledge, and can be easily completed by following the included instructions or checking them online.
