The Air Duct for the BMW S1000R is a component developed directly from MotoGP experience, bringing racing technology to street motorcycles. Designed to improve braking system performance, it provides an effective technical solution without compromising the bike’s aesthetics.
Its integration into the front is discreet and functional, maintaining the aggressive styling of the model while adding a key component for demanding use.

The kit consists of two cooling ducts designed to channel air toward the brake calipers.
Designed and manufactured in Barcelona using advanced technical plastic molding technologies.
Includes steel brackets with anti-corrosion cataphoresis treatment and textured black finish, ensuring strength and durability.

Quick and easy installation in just a few minutes by following the supplied instructions. It is recommended to apply the specified torque to the screws to ensure proper fixation in a sensitive area.

The Air Duct is an accessory developed to optimize the performance of the braking system, ensuring greater safety and a more consistent braking feel even under extreme conditions.
In sporty riding situations, continuous braking, or high temperatures, the brakes tend to operate above their ideal range, causing a loss of efficiency and feedback at the handlebar. Thanks to the Air Duct, an average reduction of 10°C in brake caliper temperature is achieved, resulting in better performance and greater braking effectiveness.

The set consists of two cooling ducts, designed and manufactured at our Barcelona facility using the most advanced plastic molding technologies. The steel brackets, finished in an elegant textured black, ensure the strength and rigidity required for intensive use.

Installation is quick and simple, and can be completed in just a few minutes by following the included paper instructions or those available online. It is important to apply the specified tightening torque to ensure optimal fastening, as this area is delicate and subject to high stress.

Aerodynamically, the Air Duct acts as an air channel that captures, compresses, and directs the flow directly toward the calipers, preventing overheating and maintaining ideal working conditions. Circuit tests have confirmed a real improvement with an average cooling of 10°C, ensuring consistent performance and a more precise braking feel.
