The Puig Touring windscreen for the Aprilia Tuono V4 has been designed to increase aerodynamic protection for the rider, especially in the torso area, without losing the sporty character of the model.
Its central surface has been developed through aerodynamic study to provide effective protection and reduce the turbulence generated by the original screen.
The diagonal edges located in the central area provide structural rigidity and create a channel that directs airflow toward the upper part, significantly reducing noise at high speeds and improving riding comfort.
In addition, its shapes follow the design lines of the motorcycle’s front, integrating with the headlight assembly and reinforcing its aggressive aesthetics. The lateral surfaces act as deflectors, diverting air away from the shoulder area and improving overall rider protection.
Available in clear, light smoke, and dark smoke.

The Puig Touring windscreen is 150 mm taller than the original, significantly improving front protection.
According to aerodynamic studies, the rider goes from تحمل 7.2 kg of air pressure with the original screen to 1.5 kg with the Touring windscreen, representing an 80% improvement, especially noticeable in the chest area.
This reduction in pressure results in greater comfort, less fatigue, and safer riding at high speeds.

Touring screens, developed by Puig in Barcelona, are designed with the objective to aerodynamically protect the rider. In addition, these screens fit perfectly with the adventure style and aesthetics of the trail models thanks to their wide range of colors and different sizes.

These Touring screens are manufactured using the most advanced technologies, using 4mm thick acrylic material, with UV protection and with a 2mm rounded edge. This finish gives it a more elegant touch and offers greater security, fulfilling with the regulations of the German TÜV.

The assembly of this screen follows a process that can be done without having to ask for a mechanic thanks to its simple and intuitive adaptation. The package also includes the aerodynamic studies that have emerged from comparing the Puig screen with the original in a virtual wind tunnel.
