The Puig Touring Windscreen for the Morbidelli T502X has been developed to enhance the rider's aerodynamic protection by improving upper body coverage and reducing the turbulence generated by the original screen. Its design has been optimised to provide a high level of riding comfort without compromising the motorcycle's adventure-inspired styling.

Unlike other Touring models, this windscreen eliminates the upper flip, allowing it to sit closer to the rider for improved protection and a significant reduction in turbulence around the front of the helmet. Its lower cut-out has been specifically designed to fit perfectly with the front fairing of the Morbidelli T502X, while the pronounced diagonal lines extend towards the sides to create integrated deflectors that increase protection around the shoulders. It is available in clear, light smoke and dark smoke finishes.

Manufactured from high-quality, high-impact 4 mm CN acrylic, it offers excellent strength, transparency and durability to withstand all types of riding conditions.

Its overall dimensions are 375 mm wide, 500 mm high and 105 mm deep, providing enhanced aerodynamic coverage without compromising integration with the motorcycle's front end.

Installation is quick and straightforward by following the instructions supplied by Puig, allowing the windscreen to be fitted without making any modifications to the motorcycle.

The Puig Touring Windscreen is 30 mm taller than the original screen, providing greater wind protection while riding. Its design reduces the air pressure acting on the rider, increasing comfort, minimising fatigue and improving safety, especially on long-distance journeys.

Touring screens, developed by Puig in Barcelona, are designed with the objective to aerodynamically protect the rider. In addition, these screens fit perfectly with the adventure style and aesthetics of the trail models thanks to their wide range of colors and different sizes.

These Touring screens are manufactured using the most advanced technologies, using 4mm thick acrylic material, with UV protection and with a 2mm rounded edge. This finish gives it a more elegant touch and offers greater security, fulfilling with the regulations of the German TÜV.

The assembly of this screen follows a process that can be done without having to ask for a mechanic thanks to its simple and intuitive adaptation. The package also includes the aerodynamic studies that have emerged from comparing the Puig screen with the original in a virtual wind tunnel.
