It shows off timeless shapes in line with the aesthetic characteristic of the legendary Italian brand, with a design characterized by two very differentiated central lines that add more personality to the bike as well as rigidity.

Larger than the original screen, it is designed for those riders who seek to improve aerodynamic protection without giving up an attractive sporty and personalized aesthetic.

The upper part of the screen is flat to guarantee greater visibility through, while the lateral shapes have been developed to better deflect the air that would impact the rider’s hands, improving riding comfort and optimizing the aerodynamics of the whole.

An exhaustive aerodynamic study has been carried out to obtain significant improvements in the aerodynamic protection of the rider. Supporting 2.3kg less pressure than with the original screen, resulting in a 35% improvement. Which has a direct impact on greater riding comfort and reduced fatigue. Ideal for taking advantage of the road side of this Italian maxitrail.

Designed and manufactured by Puig in Barcelona, it is made of high quality 4mm thick CN Acrylic material, providing great resistance, lightness, and clear visibility through.

It has a 2 mm rounded profile contour for greater safety and complies with the demanding regulations of the German TUV.

The Puig Touring windshield for the Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello and Stelvio has been developed to provide enhanced aerodynamic protection while preserving the distinctive styling of these models. Its elegant and timeless design features two central ribs that add character and improve structural rigidity. Developed using virtual wind tunnel testing, it enhances riding comfort by diverting airflow away from the rider's torso and hands. The flat upper section provides excellent visibility through the windshield, while the side contours optimize airflow management to reduce turbulence. Available in clear, light smoke and dark smoke finishes.

Manufactured in Barcelona using state-of-the-art technology, it is made from high-quality 4 mm CN acrylic with rounded edges to ensure excellent strength and a premium finish. Measuring 385 mm wide by 540 mm high, it is 160 mm taller than the original Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello and Stelvio windshield, providing significantly improved aerodynamic coverage.

Installation is quick and straightforward using the motorcycle's original mounting points, with no modifications required. Simply follow the supplied installation instructions. As with any component exposed to vibration, it is recommended to periodically check the tightness of the mounting hardware.

The Puig Touring windshield has undergone extensive aerodynamic testing to maximize rider protection. Test results show a reduction of 2.3 kg in aerodynamic pressure compared to the original windshield, representing a 72–77% improvement in aerodynamic protection. This reduction in wind impact decreases rider fatigue, increasing comfort and making both everyday commuting and long-distance touring more enjoyable. In addition, the product is TÜV approved.

The assembly of this screen follows a process that can be done without having to ask for a mechanic thanks to its simple and intuitive adaptation. The package also includes the aerodynamic studies that have emerged from comparing the Puig screen with the original in a virtual wind tunnel.
