Puig has designed an R-RACER windscreen for your Aprilia RS 457, inspired by the models used in MotoGP and Superbikes, aimed at delivering maximum aerodynamic performance in sporty riding.
The windscreen retains the shape of the original but increases in height to improve rider protection, especially on high-speed sections like straightaways. This design helps reduce wind pressure on the helmet, increasing rider comfort without negatively affecting the bike’s aerodynamic coefficient (Cx).
It mounts using the same fasteners as the stock screen, fully integrating into the bike’s front end as if it were an OEM part.
Available in clear, light smoke, and dark smoke.

The Puig R-RACER windscreen is 60 mm taller than the original. This difference helps reduce air pressure on the rider while riding, resulting in:

The line of screens R-Racer is the product of Puig’s long experience in competition, working with the best teams from MotoGP: Repsol Honda Team and also WorldSBK: Kawasaki Racing Team, to develop the best screens for your sports motorcycle.

The R-Racer screens are designed for you to have a perfect vision through and to be more aerodinamically efficient than the stock screens, they are tested in a virtual wind tunnel to improve the aerodynamic coeficient (Cx) and thanks to their taller height, it deflects the wind that otherwise would hit the rider’s helmet and shoulders.

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, with the most advanced technologies, with high impact acrylic of 3mm, we come up with a very strong piece, light, durable and with a rounded edge of 2mm (accomplishing thesafety control from the German TÜV). The artificial vision system utilized during the quality control process guarantees that the screens will get to the client in perfect shape.

Instalation of the screen doesn’t require aditional parts like trims and every screen comes with an in depth aerodynamic study that indicates the improvement in performance as well as the protection to the rider.
